Your institution owns its data; we process it only on its instructions
The Organization (university/institution) is the data controller and owner, with sole authority over retention and deletion decisions. ScaleX Innovation SARL acts as the data processor, processing data only on the organization's instructions and within the approved scope; it never deletes or repurposes that data on its own initiative.
All personal and academic data of the organization's members (students, instructors, guardians) remains the property of the organization. We claim no ownership over it, do not sell it, and do not use it beyond the agreed scope of the service.
Content uploaded by the organization or its members — question banks, exams, teaching materials — remains the intellectual property of the organization or its author. It never transfers to us.
Because academic records (grades, transcripts, exam responses) are sensitive, no automatic deletion is performed. All destructive actions are executed at the organization's discretion as the owner; we provide only the tooling, safeguards, and audit trail. The default is to anonymize, not delete, preserving academic-record integrity.
We may use disclosed sub-processors strictly within the processing scope: OpenAI، Anthropic، Google، DeepSeek، Cloudflare R2، SendGrid.
